SuperBOX Shop is an independently operated reseller of SuperBOX hardware. We are not the manufacturer of SuperBOX devices. Product descriptions, specifications, included accessories, prices, and availability are shown on the individual product pages and may vary by model.

We sell hardware. A device purchase does not include or guarantee access to any particular third-party app, channel, content library, or service. Third-party services may have separate terms, availability requirements, or charges.

2. Orders

Please check the model, delivery address, and order details before submitting your order. After you place an order, we will send information about its status using the contact details you provide at checkout.

If a product is unavailable, payment cannot be completed, or an order contains a material error, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected order. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue a refund for the cancelled item. To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible; an order that has already shipped may need to follow our return process.

3. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The product price, any applicable taxes, and the final amount payable are shown during checkout before you submit your order. We offer free shipping for U.S. orders.

Discounts and promotions apply only under their stated conditions. We do not charge a recurring subscription fee for the hardware sold through this store. Third-party apps or services are separate from your hardware purchase and may have their own charges.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. U.S. orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Portland, Oregon, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period beginning when you receive your order. For a confirmed product quality issue or an incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. For returns unrelated to product quality, the customer pays return shipping.

Contact us before mailing a return so we can provide instructions and the correct Portland return address. Once a refund is approved, we process it within 1–3 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. Eligibility and instructions are explained in our Refund Policy.

6. One-Year Warranty

Products purchased from our store include a one-year warranty for covered product quality issues. If you need assistance, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. This is a warranty offered with purchases from our store; we do not describe it as a manufacturer warranty.

Issues involving third-party apps, content, or services are separate from hardware quality issues. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Website Information

We aim to keep product and store information accurate. If we discover an error affecting an order, we will contact the customer and explain the available options. Product images may appear slightly different on different screens; the individual product page identifies the model and included items offered for sale.

8. Acceptable Use

You may use our website for lawful shopping and customer support purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false order information, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

9. Intellectual Property

The text, layout, and other store materials we own may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. SuperBOX and other third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Selling a branded product does not transfer ownership of its trademarks to us or to a customer.
